Claim Instructions

1. Only claims arising from policies issued after 1st January 2005 (when the fund was established) will be admissible for considerationClaims which are subject of court proceeding will only be paid after the court proceedings have been heard and determined.
2. All relevant information and documents to support the claim MUST be provided.
3. Providing false information on the form or fraudulent claims will be construed as criminal offenses.
4. Fill only the relevant category of the claim form (e.g., CIA, CIB, CIC etc.)
