PCF Participates in Tree Planting Exercise at Sorget Forest

The Policyholders Compensation Fund (PCF) participated in a tree planting exercise at Sorget Forest, Tendeno/Sorget Ward, Kipkelion East Sub-County, Kericho County, as part of its continued commitment to environmental conservation and community engagement.
The exercise was carried out in collaboration with the Kenya Forest Service, local administration and members of the surrounding community. Through the initiative, 2,000 seedlings were planted, contributing to ongoing forest restoration efforts and the national tree growing agenda.
PCF staff joined community members and forest officers in planting the seedlings, demonstrating the importance of collective action in protecting the environment. The activity also strengthened partnerships between PCF and local stakeholders in advancing sustainable development.
