Noel has over 20 years’ experience in private and public sector management, with expertise in business strategy, micro-lending modelling, portfolio management, and insurance risk oversight. At PCF, he has led the development of the Compensation and Resolution Frameworks, Guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures. He holds an MBA in Project Planning and Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and professional certifications in Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Compliance. Noel is a member of AKIB, the Institute of Risk Management (Kenya & UK), and the Institute of Directors of Kenya.
