Fund Strengthens Engagement with Legal Fraternity at LSK Annual Conference

The Policyholders Compensation Fund (PCF) recently participated in the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) Annual Conference, engaging directly with legal practitioners to create awareness around its statutory mandate, claims procedures, and compensation framework. This key event provided a strategic platform to engage directly with the legal fraternity, building institutional alignment and fostering a deeper understanding of the Fund’s core mandate and statutory compensation mechanisms. Because lawyers serve as key trusted advisors and representatives for policyholders navigating complex compensation procedures, engaging them directly ensures that claimants receive well-informed support throughout the process.
